Adviser service area registration
To register online, you’ll first need to request a temporary username and PIN from our adviser support team on 0345 602 3461. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. Once you have your username and PIN
Please make sure you send the following information with your completed application form:
- Photo ID of the Agency Principal on the application
- Confirmation of your bank details (e.g. a voided cheque or letter from your bank confirming bank details
- A covering letter on your company letterhead
