What is Care Hub?
Our Care Hub provides a fully digital way for your clients to make a claim or manage an ongoing claim.
We make it easy for your clients to check details on what their plan covers, what their benefit limits are and what excess they’ll need to pay. They can use the Care Hub to see a Vitality GP, get approval for their care1 and book a virtual or in-person consultation. Plus, they can refer themselves for physiotherapy and mental health support as well as a range of other support services.
All VitalityHealth members with access to Member Zone and with medical benefits on their plan can access the Care Hub.2

Once care is requested through the Care Hub - in most cases - they'll receive an instant authorisation decision.

View and manage their approved treatments, bills and payments, and track progress.
Digital authorisation
When your clients need to access onward diagnostics and treatment, they can request care online through the Care Hub and receive an instant authorisation decision. The majority of your clients’ claims can be immediately authorised online.2
Once your client’s claim has been approved, and if they need to see a consultant, they can use the Consultant Finder to find and choose an appropriate consultant.
