Are your clients already an existing PureGym member?

If your client is already an existing PureGym member, they’ll need to cancel their existing membership and wait for their payment period to end. They’ll then be able to re-join PureGym using their Vitality membership.

Which gyms can my client choose between?

Your clients can choose from any of PureGym’s 290+ locations. Please note that not all PureGym sites are open 24/7, so your clients will need to check their nearest PureGym for opening times.

How long will my clients contract be?

The Vitality discount applies to the rolling monthly membership. They’ll need to give a full calendar months’ notice if they want to cancel their existing membership.

How do my clients join?

Visit the PureGym page on the Vitality Member Zone for details. They can also visit the PureGym website to learn more about the Plus membership and find their nearest gym.

How many Vitality points can my clients earn for working out at PureGym gyms?

Your clients can earn 5 points per visit to the gym. They can also earn a maximum of 8 Vitality points per day and 40 points per week for getting active. To get the maximum 8 daily activity points, they’ll need to track their exercise for that day using a compatible fitness device or mobile app.

Once they’ve purchased their plan when can my clients join the gym?

Your clients will receive an email from us the day after they purchase a plan unless they have purchased on a Friday or Saturday in which case they'll receive the email on Monday. This email will contain a unique voucher code and step-by-step instructions. All existing members will have to show their Vitality membership number and proof of identity at their selected gym.

*Important Information

The Vitality discount applies to the rolling monthly membership. Members must be 18 years or over to benefit from the discounted Vitality membership. Your clients can only have one discounted gym membership with Vitality.

If your clients have a qualifying plan, they can choose between:
  • One discounted gym membership at either Nuffield Health, PureGym or Virgin Active, or
  • a Peloton Bike, Bike+ or Tread to earn cashback.

  • A VitalityHealth Personal Healthcare plan
