What discount will my clients get if they take out a health or life plan?
Your clients can get 50% off monthly gym membership fees at selected Virgin Active Clubs if they have:
- A VitalityHealth Personal Healthcare plan

How many Vitality points can my clients earn for working out at Virgin Active?
Each time they work out and swipe their Virgin Active membership card at the club, they’ll earn 5 Vitality points. They can earn a maximum of 8 Vitality points per day and 40 points per week for getting active. To get the maximum 8 daily activity points, they’ll need to track their exercise for that day using a compatible fitness device or mobile app.
Can my clients work out at other Virgin Active clubs?
Yes, with a discounted Vitality membership they can work out at other selected Virgin Active clubs. Virgin Active clubs are organised into groups. The group each club sits in depends on things such as the cost of membership and the facilities at that club. The other clubs they have access to depend on the group their home club is in and their membership package. Have a look at the Virgin Active Club Access Guide for more information.
How long will my client's contract be?
The Vitality discount applies to individual flexible monthly contracts. This means they’ll be on a rolling month-by-month contract.
Once they’ve purchased their plan when can my clients join the gym?
Your clients will receive an email from us the day after they purchase a plan unless they have purchased on a Friday or Saturday in which case they'll receive the email on Monday. This email will contain a unique voucher code and step-by-step instructions. All existing members will have to show their Vitality membership number and proof of identity at their selected club.

Applies to individual flexible monthly membership. Members must be 18 years or over to benefit from the discounted Vitality membership. Your clients can only have one discounted gym membership with Vitality.
This offer does not apply to the Chiswick Riverside Health and Racquet club.
If your clients have a qualifying plan, they can choose between:
- One discounted gym membership at either Nuffield Health, PureGym or Virgin Active, or
- a Peloton Bike, Bike+ or Tread to earn cashback.
